State of Florida Notary Public

Athena Global Solutions provides our clients Notary public* services within the State of Florida.

• A notary public is a public officer appointed by the governor of the state to take acknowledgments, administer oaths, attest to photocopies of certain documents, solemnize marriage, protest the non-acceptance or non-payment of negotiable instruments and perform other duties specified by law.

State Sex-Offender Search

Athena Global Solutions will perform a sex offender nationwide search as requested by the client for any individuals specified. However, there are a few aspects of the search process to keep in mind:

• Each state has individual rules and regulations as to the offenses available for search.
• Although each state has different standards, generally sex offenders are required to submit their information for at least 10 years starting at the date of parole or release from custody/hospitals. It is also generally required that offenders submit an address change within 7-10 days of moving.

Volunteer Screening

Volunteer Screening provides nonprofit organizations with a cost effective background check that helps provide a safe environment for the organization and its volunteers. In order to best accomplish this task, Athena Global Solutions uses Safety 1st; a screening service that provides a report that includes the following:
